Diamond Dagger Award
The Crime Writer's Association awarded the 2010 Diamond Dagger Award to Val McDermid (author website). The Diamond Dagger is a prestigious award honoring lifetime achievement in the field of crime writing. Previous winners include Sue Grafton, Elmore Leonard, Ruth Rendall, and Dick Francis.
